EKU Wireless Network Printer FriendlyPrinter Friendly

Eastern Kentucky University is in the process of rolling out its wireless network. The wireless network is based on the 802.11g standard and provides up to 54Mbps connectivity.

Access to university resources requires a secure wireless connection. This can be achieved by manually configuring the Windows Wireless Networks. This method provides secure networking login (using your E-key username and password), and provides encryption of your network traffic.

Limited internet access can be achieved through a user authenticated, un-secured network.
(ITDS recommends using the secure network)
